Therapy in the language of your heart
Some things can only be said in the language you dreamed them in. Sessions are fully available in Spanish, English, or the mix that feels natural to you.
My approach is warm and practical: evidence-based tools (CBT, EMDR, mindfulness) applied to your real life, not a textbook version of it.
Online, on your schedule
Sessions happen over secure video from wherever you're comfortable — home, office, parked car with good wifi. I see clients across Florida, Missouri, Kansas and Virginia.
Many clients find they open up more easily from their own space. Less commuting, more consistency.

How often are sessions?
Usually weekly at first — consistency is what creates change. As you progress, we can space them out.
How long until I feel better?
Many people feel relief within the first weeks simply from having the space. Deeper change typically builds over 3–6 months, depending on your goals.
Do you accept insurance?
Ask about current options in your free consultation. If sessions are out-of-network for your plan, you may be able to submit a superbill for reimbursement.
