How it works over Zoom
All evaluations are online for now. There is no in-person office, so there is nothing to drive to, whether you live in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach or anywhere else in Florida.
You only need a private space, a phone or computer with a camera, and a stable connection. Any standardized questionnaires your case calls for are completed online too.
Turnaround time
Standard reports are typically delivered within 15 business days. If your hearing or filing deadline is close, an express evaluation can be delivered in as little as 5 business days.

Remote evaluations by licensed professionals are routinely submitted to USCIS and immigration courts. How much weight any evidence receives is always up to the officer or judge, which is why the report is written to be clear and objective.
I live in Orlando, Tampa or elsewhere in Florida. Can you evaluate me?
Yes. Because evaluations are online, I can evaluate clients located anywhere in Florida, as well as in Missouri, Kansas and Virginia.
How far ahead of my hearing should I schedule?
As soon as your attorney recommends it. Standard reports take about 15 business days; if your date is close, ask about the express option.
Can the interviews be in Spanish?
Yes. Interviews are in English or Spanish, with no interpreter, so nothing is lost in translation. The final report is written in English.
