- Clients needing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for PTSD, single-incident or complex trauma, panic, or distressing memories.
- Clients who have experienced migration trauma, loss, acculturation issues, or family displacement and wish to communicate in native Spanish or English.
- Immigration attorneys or petitioning applicants needing court-ready, USCIS-admissible psychological evaluations for:
  * Asylum (Form I-589)
  * VAWA (Form I-360)
  * U-Visa (Form I-918) & T-Visa (Form I-914)
  * Extreme Hardship Waivers (Form I-601 / I-601A)

## 5. Rate Limiting & Lifecycle Policy
